Priya believes that nobody’s life should be ruled by their anxiety. She sees first-hand that anxiety, depression and panic are just as damaging to the well-being of children and their parents, as much as physical concerns.

Priya has an empathetic, gentle approach and has worked with numerous adults and children across all different walks of life. Her role is not only to help you look at what’s causing the problems but provide you with practical ways of dealing with them.

EXPERIENCE

During her ten years working in the NHS, the majority of patients, adults or children, came to Priya with confidence and abilities severely undermined by their sight restrictions. So, as important as finding solutions, was reassuring anxious and worried patients and family members, ensuring they were receiving and understanding the information and explanations they needed.

She found the tools of NLP very useful in calming the children, engaging them and empowering adults, parents and children while she assessed them. It is at this point that Priya realised how much better their lives could be if they had these NLP tools to hand themselves. She therefore decided to start Amlani Coaching.

“I have told Maya that we are seeing you on Thursday and her response was that she likes you. She seems very positive and I said that you are there to listen to anything (happy or sad) that you want to tell Priya about, and she replied, that you were her new best friend!”
