We work with people of all ages and because everyone has different issues and needs, sessions are tailored to address those in ways that will best work for you as an individual. Our role is not only to help you look at what’s causing the problems but provide you with practical ways of dealing with them. Personal Breakthrough Session
A personal breakthrough session is a bespoke intensive 2 day programme on a one to one basis designed specifically for adults. It is designed to enable you to overcome anxiety in any area of your life from health and fitness, relationships, career, personal development and family.
Workshops and Private Talks
These can be arranged for groups or schools and would cover subjects such as How to have a Growth mindset, Understanding Anxiety, How to Manage Stress and Anxiety, Time Management and many more. Priya has presented at various schools and charity organisations.
