PROCESS


One to One Sessions 
We work with people of all ages and because everyone has different issues and needs, sessions are tailored to address those in ways that will best work for you as an individual. Our role is not only to help you look at what’s causing the problems but provide you with practical ways of dealing with them. An in depth Free phone consultation is always provided prior to any booking, so you can be sure you are happy with our approach.
  
Personal Breakthrough Session
A personal breakthrough session is a bespoke intensive 2 day programme on a one to one basis designed specifically for adults. It is designed to enable you to overcome anxiety in any area of your life from health and fitness, relationships, career, personal development and family. 

Workshops and Private Talks
These can be arranged for groups or schools and would cover subjects such as How to have a Growth mindset, Understanding Anxiety, How to Manage Stress and Anxiety, Time Management and many more. Priya has presented at various schools and charity organisations.

NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING


NLP is the study of human excellence. It is a skill which can drastically improve confidence and help overcome anxiety. 

It is often thought to be a similar process to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), however there are some key differences. With NLP, we do not always require the individual to share at length their problems or constantly talk about them in great detail for it to be successful. Therefore it is often a more comfortable approach for clients as they do not have to relive their past over and over again.

NLP explores the connection between:

• How we think (neuro)
• How we communicate both verbally and non-verbally (linguistic)
• How we have behavioural patterns and emotions that have been learnt through experience (programming), and
• How these can be organised to achieve specific goals in our life.

NLP can therefore produce profound and lasting changes in any area of your life.

TIME LINE THERAPY®


Time Line Therapy® is the latest development in NLP. These techniques are a unique method for creating powerful changes in your personal life. 

Time Line Therapy® utilises a person’s own internal “Time Line” to work with their unconscious minds in a variety of ways; including, healing emotional traumas and eradicating unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

This therapy is used to release negative emotions, limiting decisions, and beliefs, which are holding you back. The results it produces are swift and long-lasting.

HYPNOSIS


The main purpose of hypnosis within NLP is for deep relaxation and for reducing feelings of anxiety. Hypnosis can help to reduce feelings of fear and intense worry. It is also a powerful tool to help eradicate phobias. We always use NLP alongside hypnosis to ensure changes are made at a deeper level. 

Using hypnosis for children has a slightly different approach, it is often not necessary to explain in detail to children about “hypnosis”. It can be explained simply that they will be having a really relaxed and quiet time in which they use their imaginations to resolve their problems.
